REVIEW OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR THE W&RSETA Posted on: 30 July 2007
The W&RSETA has in the past initiated a project which would ensure that the ETQA department of the W&RSETA has a fully functional quality management system based on ISO standards enhanced by the South African Business Excellence Model, Investors in People and a Balanced Scorecard. The remainder of the departments of the W&RSETA started on aligning the different policies and procedures to this enhanced ISO version but the need has been identified for a subject matter expert to facilitate and manage this process and ensure ISO 9001:2000 accreditation.
The W&RSETA has subsequently changed from a centralised structure to a decentralized structure capturing the need for a review of the QMS.
