Welcome to the Wholesale and Retail Sector Education and Training Authority (W&RSETA). In our quest of improving service delivery and make the SETA more accessible, we decided to introduce this new-look website that is more interactive, responsive, professional and current in line with what our stakeholders require. The W&RSETA remains committed to using this website as a communication tool that is accessible to all to inform and educate our stakeholders.
The W&RSETA is a public entity which was established to address skills development through provision of quality learning within the Wholesale and Retail sector by implementing learnerships, disbursement of grants and monitoring of education and training. The W&RSETA aims to increase the level of investment in education and training in the sector and to improve the return on that investment. Our mission is to contribute to the socioeconomic development and growth of the country by enabling education and training of the highest quality in the wholesale and retail sector, to the benefit of employers, employ
