For W&RSETA requirements with an estimated Rand value above R500 000, the standard competitive process will be followed. The W&RSETA tender requirements will be published in the selected media, Government Tender Bulletin including the W&RSETA website, where a maximum of 10 points may be allocated for specific goals (detailed in section 2(1)(d) of the PPPFA). The difference will be calculated between the functionality and price score.
