HELP US TO IMPROVE – W&RSETA SERVICE QUALITY ASSESSMENT

In its quest for continuous improvement, the W&RSETA invites its stakeholder companies, business associations, training providers and institutions of learning to participate in an online survey to assess the SETA’s service quality.  The W&RSETA Service Quality Assessment online survey provides insights from stakeholders on various dimensions of service quality.

The survey is anonymous, and responses will be used for reporting and continuous improvement purposes only.
