W&RSETA companies, business associations, and training providers are invited to participate in an online survey to assess the SETA’s service quality against the five service quality (SERVQUAL) dimensions. Responses are anonymous and will be used for reporting and continuous improvement only.

Wholesale and retail companies are invited to express interest to participate in the capacitation of Higher Education and Training (HET) lecturers based on the Occupational Qualification: Retail Store Manager. This is part of the W&RSETA’s programmes to capacitate lecturers with relevant practical experience for the delivery of retail qualifications.
