SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR TVET PARTICPATION IN THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ASSESSMENT CENTRES
The W&RSETA invites public TVET colleges to submit expressions of interest for accreditation as assessment centres for one of the following occupational qualifications:
W&RSETA EMPLOYER WORKPLACE-BASED LEARNING (WBL) TRACER STUDY: INTERNSHIPS
Wholesale and retail companies are invited to participate in a tracer and tracking study aimed at determining the impact of WBL programmes in the sector. The study also seeks to obtain feedback from employers on the implementation of the W&RSETA-funded internships.
HOAX – LEARNERSHIP ADVERT
The W&RSETA is aware of an advert for a learnership programme that is being circulated under its name with incomplete details. Stakeholders, particularly young people are informed that the W&RSETA does NOT recruit learners for learnerships. Only wholesale and retail companies can recruit learners for programmes which they post on their communication channels.
