COMPULSORY BRIEFING SESSION:
The W&RSETA held a Compulsory Briefing Session on Thursday, 20 October 2022 at 11:00am via teams:
The following outcome as per the terms of reference published on Tuesday, 11 October 2022 stated the following:
Evaluation Criteria, Approach, Methodology and Implementation Plan on page 15 of 19 states:
“The proposal should clearly articulate the Approach, Methodology and Implementation Plan that would be adopted to ensure that the project will be delivered within scope, time and budget, taking into consideration the technical checklist. The proposal must include the following:
- Agile Approach
- ITIL Change and release management
- Training Framework
The implementation plan should be presented with clear milestones, deliverables, quality indicators, period of delivery, resources, dependencies and acceptance of all quality indicators to ensure successful implementation of the system to the W&RSETA. The Scope of service and Technical Checklist to be reviewed when presenting the implementation plan taking into consideration the preferred methodology.
Bidders are hereby advised of the following amendments made to the above-mentioned document:
The removal of the wording “technical checklist” as stated in the Approach Methodology and Implementation Plan on page15 of 19 should be ignored as such was added erroneously.
