W&RSETA stakeholders are informed of technical challenges on the Skills Development Levy System of the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET). The resultant impact of this issue is that the W&RSETA is unable to process payments for Mandatory Grants due to employer files not provided from August 2024 to date.

The W&RSETA invites organised constituencies within the Wholesale and Retail Sector to submit nomination of suitably qualified individuals to serve on the Accounting Authority (Board) for the period 01 April 2025 – 31 March 2030. The role of the Accounting Authority as stipulated by the W&RSETA Constitution, is to govern and control the W&RSETA through strategic leadership.
Nominations should be submitted by 15 December 2024
