The W&RSETA is inviting its stakeholder companies to nominate senior managers who have been identified for the talent pipeline development for the 2025 ILDP.
Nominations must be made on the UCT link by 26 October 2024.
The W&RSETA invites decision makers and HR/L&D leads to an information session on the 2025 International Leadership Development Programme (ILDP) on 16 September 2024. The session will outline the programme as well as the selection requirements and nomination process.

The W&RSETA encourages its stakeholder and partners to participate in the National Skills Awards. These awards that are hosted by the National Skills Authority are aimed at recognising remarkable contribution to skills development by various roles players.
Applications must be submitted by 04 October 2024.
The W&RSETA informs stakeholders about the temporary closure of the Western Cape provincial office for operational reasons. The office staff will be available to serve stakeholders remotely until further notice.
