The W&RSETA has opened applications for the 2025 Retail Management Development Programme (RMDP). The programme aims to create a skilled middle management complement for the Wholesale and Retail Sector. Companies can nominate identified middle managers, supervisors and team leaders for the programme. 

Closing date: 28 October 2024 through the appointed institutions.

The W&RSETA is inviting its stakeholder companies to nominate senior managers who have been identified for the talent pipeline development for the 2025 ILDP. 

Nominations must be made on the UCT link by 26 October 2024. 

The W&RSETA invites decision makers and HR/L&D leads to an information session on the 2025 International Leadership Development Programme (ILDP) on 16 September 2024. The session will outline the programme as well as the selection requirements and nomination process.
