Stakeholders are informed of the gazette issued by the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology inviting public comment on the draft SETA Grant Regulations regarding monies received by SETAs and related matters. The W&RSETA encourages its stakeholders to participate in this critical process by submitting comments to the Director-General within the 21-day period from the date of publication of the gazette.

The W&RSETA has extended the due date for submissions of the 2022/23 RMDP nominations from 25 January to 31 January 2023.

Stakeholders are informed that the Management Information System (MIS) and the Interim System for learner registrations will be unavailable from 9 to 19 January 2023 for maintenance and data migration.

Wholesale and retail companies are invited to submit applications of suitable candidates at middle management, supervisory and team leader levels for the 2022/23 Retail Management Development Programme. The 2022/23 RMDP will be implemented in partnership with the Gordon Institute for Business Science, Regent Business School and Regenesys Business School.
