REQUEST FOR BIDS

The Wholesale and Retail Sector Education and Training Authority (W&RSETA) was established in 2000 in terms of the Skills Development Act (as amended). The public entity aims to facilitate the skills development needs of the Wholesale and Retail (W&R) sector through the implementation of learning programmes, disbursement of grants and monitoring of education and training as outlined in the National Skills Development Plan (NSDP).

Bidders are hereby invited to bid for the following:

1. Appointment of a property owner/mandated property management company to provide lease office space to house the W&RSETA KwaZulu Natal Regional office
2. Appointment of a property owner/mandated property management company to provide lease office space to house the W&RSETA Western Cape Regional office
3. Appointment of a property owner/mandated property management company to provide lease office space to house the W&RSETA Gauteng South Regional office
4. Appointment of a property owner/mandated property management company to provide lease office space to house the W&RSETA Limpopo Regional office
5. Appointment of a property owner/mandated property management company to provide lease office space to house the W&RSETA Mpumalanga Regional office
