Stakeholders are notified that the Quality Council For Trades & Occupations(QCTO) has approved the development of the new qualifications to be implemented within the Wholesale and Retail Sector. The Occupational Curriculum created by the W&RSETA SME working group is attached for your input.

The W&RSETA has opened applications for the 2025 Retail Management Development Programme (RMDP). The programme aims to create a skilled middle management complement for the Wholesale and Retail Sector. Companies can nominate identified middle managers, supervisors and team leaders for the programme. 

Closing date: 28 October 2024 through the appointed institutions.
