The QCTO has approved the development of the Retail Store Manager occupational qualification for implementation in the retail sector.
In line with the requirements of the QCTO, the W&RSETA is inviting stakeholders to comment and input on the Curriculum and Qualification Documents that were developed by the W&RSETA CEP Working Group for this qualification before submission QCTO for approval.

The W&RSETA is inviting organisations and companies, organisations, NPOs and NGOs that facilitate career guidance events, expos and capacitation of LO educators to submit proposals on planned activities for the SETA’s consideration.
Submissions must be made by 3 September 2021.
Stakeholders based in or with operations in KwaZulu-Natal, Gauteng and Western Cape are reminded to provide input on the impact of recent disruptions as well as the assistance required to minimise interruptions to learning.

The W&RSETA invites new and emerging skills development providers (training providers) from historically disadvantaged groups to express interest for development and capacitation to deliver W&RSETA programmes.
