The W&RSETA has released a summative research publication with a comprehensive analysis of the findings and recommendations from studies conducted in the past five years. There are 35 research reports aligned to seven themes from the SETA’s Research Agenda.
Stakeholders are invited to make submissions on new occupations for the OFO review. The purpose of the OFO is to enable a coordinated sector-wide response to labour market trends based on a common language or classification of occupations.

The Wholesale and Retail SETA Leadership Chair at University of Johannesburg has introduced podcasts to facilitate conversations with wholesalers, retailers as well as local and international industry experts to promote excellence in the retail sector.

Stakeholders are informed that the Management Information System (MIS) will be unavailable from 8–10 October 2021 for maintenance on the ETQA Module.
