W&RSETA registered companies are invited to submit nominations for the 2021/22 Retail Management Development Programme (RMDP). The NQF level 7 programme is aimed at developing middle managers, supervisors and team leaders in the Wholesale and Retail Sector to become effective managers.
SAQA registered business schools and universities are invited to submit applications to deliver the W&RSETA 2021/22 Retail Management Development Programme.
Applications must be submitted by 12 February 2022.
The W&RSETA seeks to employ suitable candidates for the following vacancies at its provincial offices:
“Recovery and Reconstruction of the Wholesale and Retail Sector: Working towards Post Covid-19 Pandemic”
You are invited to submit proposals for themes or topics that are important in the development of the W&RSETA’s Sector Skills Plan and sector priorities which will contribute to the SETA’s 2021-2025 Research Agenda. The Research Agenda provides an opportunity to improve the quality of labour market data and information that is relevant to strategic interventions that will enable effective and responsive implementation of skills development programmes in the Wholesale and Retail Sector.
The W&RSETA invites developers and external moderators to apply for the 2021/22 NON-PIVOTAL Discretionary Grant Funding Window that has been published to address skills development activities for the 2021/22 financial year.
Closing date for applications is 18 February 2022 at 16h00.

The purpose of the OFO is to enable a coordinated sector-wide response to labour market trends based on a common language or classification of occupations.
